Joerg Kruse, Managing Director & Founder: 20 years of experience in the piping industry, and is a Civil Engineer. He developed and founded the patented AirStream system. His client list includes Allianz, BauBeCon, Aral, Veba, Eon, Clark Construction, PPL Houston, Marriott Hotels, City of Erfurt, Leipzig, Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover (Germany) etc. He specializes in municipal sewer, water, gas pipe renovations and construction in industrial, commercial, medical, food and high-end residential facilities. He specializes in economics, and is an attentive "hands-on" operator and manager.

Tahnee McKellar, Vice President & Founder: Over 15 years of exoerience in marketing and sales. She studied in Switzerland and speaks German, Italian, and Spanish. Previously, she successfully led McKellar International before joining iPL.

Richard Montemarano, Chief Executive Officer: Experience in sales and sales management from 25 years of capital equipment sales related corporate management and 10 years of CRM deployment and consulting for over 100 U.S. corporations including ten Fortune 500 companies, such as Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, ADP and Ingram Micro. His expertise is the management of start-up companies and the building of capital equipment distribution channels. His expertise in these areas comes from long and successful careers in the printing and publishing industry and the software industry where he set up several capital equipment and consumable distribution channels both direct and indirect. Mr. Montemarano has a BA from SUNY Geneseo.

Thomas Asfor -  Chief Operating Officer: Over 17 years of experience in business development and operations management.  Mr. Asfor has been responsible for implementing strategic business plan objectives, planning, project management and team building.  He has served as Senior Business Consultant for Performance Dynamix Inc., Director of Worldwide Support Services for Vision Solutions (an IBM Business Partner), Vice President of Support Operations at General Automation, and Director of Operations at National Customer Engineering.  Mr. Asfor has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Morris College in New Jersey and advanced training in software management and technical course certifications.

Ann McCulloch Field – V.P. Finance: She has been in investment banking and utility and energy finance for over 20 years, with 10 years financial experience at Lehman Brothers in New York City, and Peter Kiewit Sons’ Inc. in Omaha Nebraska (one of the top 100 construction companies in the US.)  Ms Field was the Treasurer of Central Maine Power, an electric utility in Maine, and Treasurer of Kiewit in addition to President of the Kiewit Mutual Funds which she created as a family of five investment portfolios totaling $1 billion in assets.  At Kiewit, she managed equity participations in infrastructure, energy and start-up ventures.  Ms. Field and her partner founded Clarus Energy Partners, in San Diego to promote distributed on-site power generation at commercial and industrial customer locations.  Ms. Field’s General Partner interest was acquired by Clarus Energy’s strategic partner, a subsidiary of Hunt Oil in Dallas, Texas.  Ms. Field has a BA from Colgate University and a MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Sheldon Kundin, Chief Financial Officer: Over 35 years of financial management with 10 years current consulting experience as chief financial officer for Construction and service companies with $1 million to $40 million in sales. Mr. Kundin’s experience includes 10 years with Prudential Insurance; 10 years with Tandon Computors, including managing international operations; Tax director for USA Petroleum Corporation; and, Directing world wide customer service operations for Rexon Corporation, a tape drive manufacturing company. His expertise is with start-up and rapid growth companies through restricting cost controls and managing by budget planning.

Doug Sain, Director of Government Relations: 17 years of experience in public policy and infrastructure. His public policy focus includes public financing, land use planning, and infrastructure in the areas of telecommunications, transportation, water, sewer, and stormwater. His communications responsibilities include strategic planning, advocacy, and public outreach. He has extensive experience with local, state and federal regulatory agencies, such as the City of San Diego, Metro Wastewater JPA, San Diego County Water Authority, Region IX Water Quality Control Board, California State Water Resources Control Board, and Region IX US Environmental Protection Agency. His education includes studies in land use law and public financing, and a BA in Urban Studies and Planning from the UCSD.
